• Dosage: 0.5 ml (3-4 drops) in a teacup of water (cold or lukewarm).

External Use:
• Pain Relief: For arthritis, rheumatism, joint and muscle pain, and spondylitis-related pain. Apply with a gentle massage on the affected area.
• Toothache: Dip a cotton swab in Amrutha and place it in the tooth cavity for quick pain relief.
• Earache: Use 2-3 drops in the affected ear to alleviate pain.
• Cold/Cough Relief: Add 0.5 ml (4 drops) to 2 liters of boiled water. Inhale the vapors by covering the head with a blanket for soothing relief.
• Headache/Migraine: Apply Amrutha on the forehead, temples, and nose, then relax.• Neelagiri (Eucalyptus) – 1 part
